I will never, ever walk in to this store. Your check-out clerk was rude and made no attempt to price check an item. She just said that I was wrong and she didn’t need to check. Good-bye Old Navy.
I was there on May 30 2017. The store needed to be closed to public until it could be cleaned up. Ive never seen a retail store in such disarray. I wanted to say something so bad but was scared about hurting someones feelings. My hope is that corporate or whoever is responsible will see this and take note. It bothered me so bad I started to pick up clothes off floor and put back on hangers and fold up pants on shelves. They can hire me to fold and hang
Quite possibly the most poorly run store in all of Myrtle Beach. Always a mess! Employees have no clue what's going on and are very lazy! I have witnessed several instances of horrible customer service. Try to buy online when I can!
