Nice clothing.... Nice clothes,shoes and accessories for the whole family...Great prices as well..This store is alright but my favorite Old Navy is the one at Llyod center mall!...Overall lots of clothes and ok customer service!
What a mess! The other day I went to the Old Navy at Cedar Hills Crossing. I was told by a friend what a great store this place was. What I found was clothes on the floor, trash on the floor, associates just standing around, talking to each other and not helping customers or at least making themselves busy folding and hanging things up. Not once was I asked if I was finding everything alright or if I needed any help. This was a messy store with poor service. What was my friend thinking?
Love their sweaters! Old Navy has extremely cute sweaters each year in awesome styles and colors. They are nicely fitted to flatter almost any figure. I also have a wool pea coat from Old Navy that is awesome!
Good deals and cute styles Old Navy has a lot of different clothes - I especially like the mix-and-match styles they put out. Prices are excellent and their credit card has a lot interest rate and lots of rewards points. The only bad thing about Old Navy is the layout. - well, more like the lack of. good I love the clothing, but it tends to shrink a bit after the first washing and I can never anticipate how the fit will be after that. the kids clothes are great and so comfortable yet cute PROS: price, comfort, style CONS: shrinkage
quality clothing This old navy store has great customer service and great clothing. They also have great deals, super cute baby outfits, and really in style jeans. But they always have long lines for the dressing room.
Just to preface I use to work at old navy as a merchandising manager not to long ago. I know my way around an old navy store. I know about the denim planogram they use to help organize size, style, and fit. I have been in this store 3 times to find the size jeans I needed! Today it took one employee 15 mins to find the size/color/fit I was looking for. Today was their truck day and there was about 6 or 7 people running around frantically trying to get new product out and no one asked if we needed any help or even acknowledge... read more
Enjoy clothes racks, piles of clothes (different articles of clothing), dirty, 2 people working the cash registers and no one on the floor to help customers. I thought the store was going out of business until I asked the employee when I was checking out. Her reply was, "no, it's just because the holidays."
