Just to preface I use to work at old navy as a merchandising manager not to long ago. I know my way around an old navy store. I know about the denim planogram they use to help organize size, style, and fit. I have been in this store 3 times to find the size jeans I needed! Today it took one employee 15 mins to find the size/color/fit I was looking for. Today was their truck day and there was about 6 or 7 people running around frantically trying to get new product out and no one asked if we needed any help or even acknowledge... read more
Enjoy clothes racks, piles of clothes (different articles of clothing), dirty, 2 people working the cash registers and no one on the floor to help customers. I thought the store was going out of business until I asked the employee when I was checking out. Her reply was, "no, it's just because the holidays."

Disgusting! The store is dirty, poorly stocked, and understaffed. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned or organized in weeks. There was trash and dust bunnies all over the floor, and not a single display was folded or stocked. Will NOT be going back.

The dirtiest store I've ever seen!! Not just the clothes all over the ground but there was garbage and dust clots all over. I wish I could post the pictures I took.
