I was just in the Old Navy in Milford Connecticut. there was a line of people. The head cashier walked away and told someone to come and ring on a register. the girl said I'm not ringing there's no line and walked away. never again
I was waiting online for an hour ,very busy service not that great
Finally found a pair of jeans that fit me right and the sales staff was fabulous so helpful and the price was right thank you so much I'll be back
