I always find clothes I love for myself and for my boys, and everything fits so well. Someone always asks me if they can help me with anything and they are always SO NICE!
The lines were ridiculous at this location yesterday. I understand that it is back to school time. I would think that the management would understand this as well and schedule enough people to take care of the demands of the business. The inefficiency in this store yesterday was beyond imagination. The cashiers that were there were very slow. All in all not a good experience at Old Navy.
Terrible customer service. Would not allow two items to be returned WITH RECEIPT from one week ago that shrunk after being washed and hung to dry.
Do someone wants to take my shift Saturday I work from 7p-12 or we can switch shifts
