Now, ive worked retail, and more specifically, clothing stores. So..when i walk into an old navy, and i see that the sweaters are 40% off because there is a GIANT SIGN RIGHT ABOVE THEM, and then the manager tells me they ARENT on sale and id have to pay full price because the sign was "wrong".. I have every right to cause a scene. So, if you want a 20$ old navy card, ill sell it to you for 15 if you wanna deal with the shitty customer service.
Attempted to even exchange two pairs of unworn with tags boys jeans for the next size up ... with a receipt that states we have up to one year to do so. Store refused because we came in a couple days past the 45 day "policy." But now your customer service department wants to offer me a promo for up to $90 for a pair of "free" adult jeans to "make up for this issue"!?! Seems like you'd have been better off to exchange the two pair of $15 boys jeans ...
