I went to the Old National Nail Spa on December 17, 2022 , I asked for a nail fill in As the nail tech ( Joilly) was doing my nails, I commented that I didnt like the shape of my nails. ****** replied Im not finished!! I said I understand, ** just saying I dont like this shape. She became upset and screamed F&ck It I asked why are you cussing, And I will wait for you to finish but not in this shape)A simple request, She screamed F&ck it you BLACK BIT@H. I was standing outside 20 mins when they suppose to open up at 9:30 and they very rude the man started my nails and stopped and started somebody else and then the man said he gone call the police on me because they was wrong
