Customer service at this branch is extraordinary! The branch manager, Greg, is at the top of his game and his team is second-to none. There are many First Midwest Bank locations to choose from...do yourself a favor and just use the Allanson Rd branch. You will NOT be disappointed!
I can not recommend this bank enough. I made a major mistake with my account and Greg Bek personally called me to make sure everything worked out. This is a huge advantage over using an anonymous online bank and the reason why I will be a loyal First Midwest customer for life.
