My experience with Old National Bank’s business lending department was extremely frustrating from start to finish. It started with them telling us they would work with us on our business financing needs, which gave us confidence moving forward. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. Jessica personal banker at the Allanson branch. Is fantastic. She helped me when my Email was compromised by a hacker. She told me what steps to take to ensure my accounts were safe . Jessica is was very knowledgeable. She insured me my accounts were safe. Thanks again.
I was the target of the cyber crime wire fraud. Bank manager was abrasive, and argumentative. He claimed there was nothing at all to do and he receives phishing attacks daily and does not report it to Old Nationals internal security team. It disappointing to hear my bank does not take cyber crime seriously.
