We had a great experience working with Chris at Old National Bank for our HELOC. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Bad service due to lack of staff, they only have 2 workers, irresponsibility of the manager
Another terrible experience with Old National Bank. First off I called customer service and some women names "Lavon" or "Yavon" was very rude to me. She wasnt able to assist and then told me how helpful she was? Not sure who trains there staff but she needs to be re-trained on her customer service. They told me my account was going to be charged off. I am trying to call the local branch to let them know when I get paid I will pay off my account.
