My mother set up her Old National Account in the name of her Trust. They messed it up so upon her death, they had no idea of how to handle her account. This should be a simple and ordinary process. I called the corporate number to report the death. They told me I had to go into the branch. I made an appointment and have been basically ignore for the past two hours. I love my bank. Very nice employees.
WORSE BANK EVER!!!! I do very little banking with them but when I do, they screw it up and their tellers are RUDE. Just deposited a check in my business account and they LINKED MY ACCOUNT WITJ ANOTHER ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE WITHDRAWING AND DEPOSITING MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MINE. A BREACH OF TRUST. GOING TO REPORT THEM. HATE HATE HATE THIS BANK. One of a million things they have done wrong. And they get rude when you tell them and act like it is normal to Make charges and withdrawals unauthorized with your money.
