I would give it no stars if I could. Banked there for over 40 years. Loved it when it was Anchor Bank. They are rude to customers. They are not up to date on their service like other banks. They also need better technology.
My mother set up her Old National Account in the name of her Trust. They messed it up so upon her death, they had no idea of how to handle her account. This should be a simple and ordinary process. I called the corporate number to report the death. They told me I had to go into the branch. I made an appointment and have been basically ignore for the past two hours.
