Our business has been banking here at the Burnsville branch since it was Anchor Bank, over 20 years. It has COMPLETELY gone downhill. Now the drive-thru is down and you go in to a very INCOMPENTENT man running the desk. Trying to just deposit a check and he can't even do that. I'm done! Looking for a new bank. I need a bank that actually hires folks who can do their damn job!!!
The transition from Bremer Bank to Old National Bank has been an absolute nightmare for my mother. Since the change, she has been hit with recurring $20 monthly fees for failing to meet minimum balance requirements—a burden she never faced before as her finances dwindle in assisted living. To make matters worse, she is being charged an additional $3 each month just to receive paper statements because she cannot navigate online banking. Very disappointed in this location. I tried to do a wire transfer to pay for a car I bought at auction. They said it went though which was obviously a lie. I then had RM Sotheby's and the previous owner extremely mad at me since this bank decided to put a hold on the transfer. They held the wire transfer for over 3 weeks and lied about it!!! To make it even worse they tried blaming the owners bank and RM Sotheby's!
Caleb is excellent, their bankers are very polite and professional. I really do enjoy banking with the team at this location
I would give it no stars if I could. Banked there for over 40 years. Loved it when it was Anchor Bank. They are rude to customers. They are not up to date on their service like other banks. They also need better technology.
