Impeccable service, prime rib was cooked perfectly. Great experience
We are staying at the resort with a group. We decided to stay in and have dinner here. Little did I know there are two separate dining areas / atmospheres. We did make a reservation and soon realized we didn’t want the fancier dining room. They were very accommodating and seated us in the bar area, where there are plenty of tables and booths. Micheal was absolutely wonderful. He had 2 large parties yet was always there for us. The staff seemed like family and when he bought me my bowl of fruit mentioned our last serve Dora told him I didn't like blueberries which was true and made me smile. I like when people remember the little stuff considering weve been there 5X this month already.
I’m not sure what happened to the Mill Room. Did they hire a new chef? Lose their chef? Is the Boar’s Head spread too thinly? Brunch used to be good, even though they offered only buffet and no à la carte. But today, we went to brunch for a special occasion. I usually get something sweet and potatoes. The potatoes were cold and it turns out - had no heat below the dish to keep it warm.
