This place has the worst service department that I have ever come across in my 8 years experience with Toyota.I wish there was a way to give them even less than one star rating.This department is flat out dishonest , rude and are just there to rip you off.Mind you, this review is not at all about Toyota per say but esp.for this dealership.I have been going to Toyota for over 8 years now and most of the time have had a great experience but would never ever, even in my dreams, go near this place. I guess it is now called Village Pointe Toyota. Either way same people I would imagine for the most part. I bought my vehicle from Old Mill Oct. 2013 and at that time it was about the worst experience. It is obvious when going to a car lot you will get a pushy salesperson and it is nothing new. My problem is with how the staff. Some days too many other days not enough. I was already in line to get my new vehicle and they had (1) one person handling the final paperwork.
