I came in to get labs done and was in obvious pain because of a bruised rib. and the receptionist proceeded to assume that I had stomach pains and criticize me for the drink I had in my hand. completely unprofessional behavior from the receptionist
Doctor or Nurse Practitioner spoke so quickly when entering the room, i couldn’t understand her. Didn’t ask who I was, how I was, just asked what was going on. That’s fine for some people, not for me. Extremely rushed. My case seemed straightforward and told me next steps. I trusted the diagnosis, but didn’t feel like I was treated like a person, I was treated like a task to check off.
