Was having issues with my car called him because I heard he done good work in the past and he also worked on one of my cars many years ago. My brother in law was stranded in the area on a Saturday and was trying to contact a shop to have his car towed until he could figure something out on Monday. He called Old Mill and they told him "Yeah this sounds like a Monday problem, not a 6pm Saturday night problem." I guess everyone likes someone who's blunt but this was uncalled for when he was already in a desperate situation.

I am new to the area, and I found Old Mill Auto on Google. I called to see about getting an appmt about 3 weeks ago. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It felt like he was trying to get me off of the phone instead of listening to the issue I was having with my car. While he seemed knowledgeable, his customer service skills were not great. I didn’t feel comfortable, so ended up going somewhere else.
