Oldmill @ Stansbury Don't move here HORRIBLE management doesn't follow ADA LAWs they never refund deposit charged 1000 + fees. Illegal there building there property. No peace & quiet. Obsessed with lawn fees even though the tenants PAY for lawn care it doesn't get done by there loud out dated machine the lawn guy uses every Tue wed. Oh my God I just have to say that the manager Amy is amazing. She will go above and beyond for you. This is the best place to live at She’s always taking care of residence needs and going above and beyond for everybody that needs something done. She’s on point with what needs to be done.
I would give 0/10 if I could. I do not and would not ever recommend living here. They are money hungry in every aspect and will take full advantage of you. They go through maintenance and staff like crazy and it’s no wonder why. In my 6 years of living there we went through 5 different property managers and countless maintenance men. Do NOT live here! They treat their residents like less than human, more like literal inmates. Let me preface this with I was NOT kicked out. We finally were able to leave willingly, but we had many friends and acquaintances kicked out for the most ridiculous reasons ALL the time. We were great tenants. We paid our rent on time, we tried our best to follow all of their excessive rules, and tried to keep out unit and property nice.
