Living at Old Mill has been one of the most frustrating renting experiences I’ve had. Management has been incredibly disappointing, and residents are often made to feel like their concerns don’t matter. It honestly feels like we’re expected to just accept poor treatment without question. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to be completed we’ve experienced repairs taking over six months, sometimes even longer.
