I would give 0/10 if I could. I do not and would not ever recommend living here. They are money hungry in every aspect and will take full advantage of you. They go through maintenance and staff like crazy and it’s no wonder why. In my 6 years of living there we went through 5 different property managers and countless maintenance men. Do NOT live here! They treat their residents like less than human, more like literal inmates. Let me preface this with I was NOT kicked out. We finally were able to leave willingly, but we had many friends and acquaintances kicked out for the most ridiculous reasons ALL the time. We were great tenants. We paid our rent on time, we tried our best to follow all of their excessive rules, and tried to keep out unit and property nice.
