I moved out about two months after moving in because of unresolved moisture, mustiness, suspected mold, and a dispute over a $4,000 lease buyout. So November 1st I was suppose to moving into a 1bed apartment at Old Mill Apartments I asked if they could spray before I moved in they told me they didn’t have pest control at the moment then another lady told me that they could get it done before I moved in!
