Decent ambience though not well-kept exterior. Interior was not bad. Service was prompt. Food and beverages were very poor. Quesadilla was oily. Horchata tasted of bubble gum syrup. Chicken seemed poorly cooked. Not great Mexican food for a tourist town close to Chicago.
Waiter was very quick to get out order and seemed uninterested in helping us. Besides the nachos, the food was pretty disgusting. The ground beef was so wet and flavorless. The salsa brought to our table was not fresh, in fact we had to use a knife to get it out of the jar because it was stuck 🤮 nothing tasted fresh at all.
