Josh is the best! No matter when I reach out to him or what I need he always responds within hours and gets my issue handled quickly. We’ve had a few bumps personally and Josh has always been understanding and willing to help however he can. He truly cares about the people he works with and it shows. A++
Josh has been the best property manager I have ever rented from. Nobody is more attentive and responsive. He has been flexible and generous outside of the requirements of the lease. He is genuinely concerned for the welfare of his tenants.
Really easy to work with and very responsive. Never got frustrated when I asked a million questions. He always took care of any issues right away and I have nothing but good things to say. It's just nice to deal with someone who actually cares about their tenants and followed through with things.
