disappointing – Hal Einhorn , the founder of Old House Inspection, performed our home inspection earlier this year. He missed a number of important items including a leaking toilet and live, exposed wire in the utility closet. We recently lost power because of the latter; fortunately it was not more serious. He also needed me to point out that the dryer was not working. Throughout the inspection he seemed to be going through the motions. The inspection itself lasted just 45 minutes.
