This place advertises where anyone can literally find them, Facebook is where I found them. Quick communication, respond well, work with every situation to get you through . The process is basically a smooth process as the stuff is very easy to work with. Good neighborhood and convenient.
From the jump AJ from property management has helped me, from a speedy quick approval process (from FL to MN) within 24 hours I believe to signing sight unseen, apartment looked exactly like the photos! Updated kitchen and really nice bathrooms, and anytime I ever had an issue AJ was on top of the process. Many times property management doesn’t seem to be on your side, I can say with full confidence you won’t regret renting from old home management with any of their properties!
Owner doesn't care about anything but his money. You better believe they will raise your rent every penny they think they can get away with, every year. They will not negotiate, they know it's a pain to move out. Ridiculous costs taken out of security deposit as well. Fridge a little dusty? They'll charge $30 or $40 PER SIDE of the fridge. Same with floors and other kitchen appliances. Good luck getting your whole deposit back even if you clean well. Lastly they're unhelpful.
