Was quoted a ridiculous sum by another piece of sh** company that messed up an installation on our faucet (we'll call them Four Moons). Old Hilliard did the exact same job for half the amount, and in half the time quoted. And best of all? They didn't f*** anything up! Highly recommended.
Great, fast service – We had an emergency toilet problem at our business. Old Hilliard Plumbing arrived within an hour and fixed the problem in probably 20 minutes. Fair cost, good service.
A horrible business. – The owner came out to put in a bid on our interior remodel. He was rude and arrogant at the walkthrough. However, his bid was low, so we decided to award the job to him based on price and availability. He promised to start work on a Monday
best experience of many tried – this is the PhD of plumbing. They fixed what two other companies failed to do. The guy was so knowledgable, I could hardly follow his explanation. He found errors made by previous plumbers (bad connections, not up to code) and gave a reasonable quote. No time wasted. Truck fully stocked.
