I feel that it’s not really a mall it’s a big empty shopping plaza that needs a lot of improvement starting with bringing more stores and restaurants to it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there cause most of the time they don’t have nothing.
Question. If there is a mask mandate it should be enforced. We went there to eat Chick-fil-A but had to eat out in the mall. We watched numerous people go by with masks pulled down and a few without one. All the while your four “security” guards stood around talking the entire 40 minutes we were there never moving from the walls they were propping up barely wearing their masks themselves at times. It was Saturday evening and the mall actually was busy. I won’t go back. Very pooooor job OHM🙁
I like the mall but I wish it could have more restaurants and more stores 😩
It's in a bad part of town, has many empty storefronts, is a known gang hangout, and is where drug deals go down and junkies hang out.

The male manager of the Old Hickopry mall has a terrible attitude. He is terrible. Always shooting his mouth off about something he knows nothing about. He needs to be fired.
We love the new play area. I do wish there were more stores like there used to be and maybe a little more security, but the play area is well kept and a great addition.
