Had an amazing experience here! After someone hit my car, the other driver's insurance gave me a hard time, delaying the process even though they were at fault. Carlos went out of his way to handle the back and forth and got my repair approved. His team did a flawless job, and the car looks perfect inside and out. He even polished my headlights to match and pulled out a small dent at the back for free. I truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Old Grove Auto. Carlos and his team are top tier. I needed my passenger side back door mechanism replaced and they fixed it. The communication was great. When talking to Carlos he said that he's very involved with the city of Garden Grove as well. If I need anything else with my three vehicles I will be definitely bringing them to Old Grove Auto.

I had my first car accident and didn't know what to do, but Carlos helped me out a lot! He took my car in same day and even helped me understand the process with my insurance and my coverage and everything and even set me up with a car rental deal. I appreciated the transparency and calm demeanor especially at a time where I was anxious and didn't know what to expect. He updated me and my car insurance adjuster well along the way and gave me my car back looking better than before I had crashed it
