I ate here 4 days before the closing. Service and food were excellent and prices reasonable but not very many patrons on a weekend night which was odd all things considered. I'm just glad I got to try it! Are Reno people not bothering to go downtown and support businesses like? It had way more character that your average restaurant. What a shame.
My wife and I arrive at opening, we were first to enter and to be seated. We were not approached for at least 5 minutes for drinks, and at least 6 other tables were greeted by 3-4 servers right away and their orders taken before us. We watched as almost all the others that came in after us were served food. We only ordered burgers. Not thrilled with service.
Its cute but don't come here for quick service. Came in on a Saturday for lunch and our table and other tables were here for quite a long time (about 30 min) before the order was taken, then another 45 min before food came out. Rarely checked on tables. Got our check before we even got our food. Food was ok, nothing to write about, but we got basic stuff. Had to eat quick to make it to the show.
