OGG has the best facility and coaching staff in the DMV. My middle school daughters play lacrosse and have been looking for strength, agility and speed training. We have tried Capstone, perfect performance, and healthy baller. These gyms were either tiny or coaching staff was mediocre. Never got any meaningful feedback, homework, development progress reports, nothing. My friend told me about Parisi speed school hosted at OGG. OGG is night and day difference.
