The manager is nice and tries hard but the property is falling apart. Doors falling off of the hinges, holes in the rooms leading outside, cockroaches galore, disgusting worn carpet, half of everything is broken in the rooms, broken swamp coolers that flood the ceilings, the list goes on and on. The good news is if you like fresh air you'll always have plenty because nothing seals windows or doors unless you don't like cigarette smoke because you smell it all day from all the cracks. Annette is an incredible manager.
Overall an ok place but the management sucks and some of the patrons are way far out there 5150 and don't sleep or your car will be broken into
