Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead for an oil change. Told them we were from out of town and needed it done that day. So we dropped it off at 9am...they then didn't have an oil change done till 5pm!!! It took them almost 7 hours for an oil change that was scheduled way in advance. Then we loaded it by ourselves while employes just sat smoking cigarettes by all the front doors watching us. Not even an offer to help. We decided we would go elsewhere next time.

I’m from Northwest Arkansas, so over an hour from Fort Smith. I have been wanting a certain jacket since November have not been able to find my size or able to order my size online for the past few months I called I spoke to Miss Barbara in the motor clothes department, she didn’t have my size either.
