Tried to call and see how they coordinate their shipments...Talked to Dakota that said their vendors in Kansas handle the shipping. Called both places since I pickup from both places often. They confirmed that they don't have trucks and they coordinate the shipments. Called him back and explained everything and then he back peddled and said he doesn't have a need for help after I wasted 30 mins trying to figure this out. Went to pick up some limestone and when we went to the back it took about 10 mins for someone to help us load them in we had to call the office. The man that helped us was mad because apparently he was on lunch break and he told us why we came on lunch time when no one wants to help.
Do yourself a favor and go to Rose Brick. They have better selection and service. I had to call and follow up with their sales team several times to get an answer about some product availability and never got a good answer.
Good quality products and service picked up some limestone sills at reasonable price lots of hardscape supplies will be back
