Non-smokers beware: Smoking is allowed and the smell of marijuana will enter your apartment and linger if your neighbor smokes. The lease says "no annoying smells allowed" but they don't consider my apartment smelling like weed annoying because it is legal. Sometimes I have to leave the apartment because of the smell lingers for hours. These are old buildings.
