Mike is not an actual REALTOR with the national association of realtors. He represented me as the buyer, failed to explain or offer a contingency inspection period. Which is a violation of WV law. Then when foundation issues were found after the inspection, refused to give my earnest money back to me. And btw, I've never had any other agent ask for earnest money elsewhere in WV.
