This is a god awful place to store anything. I have been at 3 different storage facilities in the past few years and this one is the worst by far. Rez store and lock and the storage max’s are way better. I should’ve known something was wrong with this place when I walked around and saw all the old vacant spaces. But I was in need of a spot at the time and other places were full so I decided to give them a shot. Great storage facility and well ran by Kacey. If you live in the area or are passing through and looking for a great place to store your goods, park your trailer or rent a U-Haul truck or trailer and so much more… look no further than Old Fannin Store & Lock. I feel firmly you won’t be disappointed. Kacey will work with you almost no matter what your situation is. This I know firsthand.

Been storing here in a 10x30 for many years. Always very nice and helpful. I feel all my stored items are safe and sound here.

Had a rv parked outside the batteries got stolen. had a storage room here for years. It got broken into. Everything worth value was taken. Went and told the people working in office. They had no video, nothing. Told me good luck with finding anything. Would not leave anything here.
