Went to Old Europe Pastries after dinner while visiting Asheville. The fresh brewed coffee and the pastries were great! Two days later my wife is still talking about how good the coffee was. She has told friends and family about this amazing coffee she had in Asheville! We will be back next time we visit the area.
The chocolate bourbon pecan pie is excellent!

This place serves a lot of fresh pastries and European style desserts everyday. Many of the items on the menu are sweet but not too sweet. They also make macarons and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend this place especially for its food and atmosphere. The drinks are really good, too, but I don't drink a lot of coffee so whenever I'm in here are usually get in Italian soda or tea. Small but welcoming. Very homey feeling.

we just left this place after leaving a restaurant that we weren't willing to spend more money at to get desserts and can say im glad we did. was absolutely happy with everything. really good selection to choose from with good variety. i had the espresso roulade and it was amazing. totally worth the calories. will make sure to visit again during any future trip to Asheville
