Great subdivision. All neighbors are so sociable. We lost our home in LaPlace, hurricane Ida. After over 40 yrs. We decided to pick up and leave. We had extensive damage. With no levee system on the horizon, we found a great home in Old Dutchtown. We love the area. Almost the whole family is in the area now. We are now both retired. We love the subdivision and our neighbors.
