Submitted my application for Instate Tuition on April 22... Nothing has been done to my account and every time i call no one in this office can answer the phone. Y'all make it really hard for folks to get their financial part in order. From the unhelpful staff to submitting documents multiple times to getting no answer's from nobody.. It has been months and my account is still reflecting out of state balance.. Please do better
Extremely rude staff. I moved, and have one transfer form for them to fill out for my new university. They have refused to cooperate and I’ve been hung up on more than once. This is preventing me from enrolling in classes at the new university I’m attempting to attend. Horrible university and staff all-around.
Called the Office of the Registrar at Old Dominion University approximately 48 times over the last month and a half and never received a return call. I even called their number while standing in the office, and the phone didn’t ring. When I pointed it out, I was told, “The phones work, that’s weird.” Extremely poor communication and customer service. Students should get more help than this! Still got no resolution while in the office.
No line, helpful front desk and staff. Was in and out in 5 minutes.
