HD Coppe is a crook. He had a bad roof leak on his house and I bought the materials and I repaired the roof. I had to chase him down to get paid. He constantly avoid meeting me at designated times he would always come up with an excuse why he could not meet me to pay me. I went to his house and finally his wife paid me. It took weeks to get my money and I have him a great deal. This guy is crooked, fast talker and a master manipulater....just talk to him you will see those characteristics.
