We received first rate, absolutely tailored service and were kept informed throughout the buying process. Though I had been through homebuying with my parents enough to know I was getting exceptional service, this was also my first experience buying my own home and they made perfectly sure I understood every step of the journey. When the sellers got difficult, Bonnie got tough with them and made sure we got a fair deal. We felt wonderfully cared for and love our home!!
Old Dominion served as both my property manager while I've been living in Texas and as my seller's agent when I recently sold the property - over the 4th of July holiday weekend no less. They were great managers (quick to get tenants, payments received promptly, issues/repairs done quickly with consideration of cost) and were fantastic when we decided to sell! This was our first house to sell and they took the time to explain everything and made it simple for us to do from afar.
Buyers and tenants beware. My wife, infant son and I rented a home from Old Dominion with Bonnie Miller as the property manager. We moved into the home only to find that it was filthy and were told we could have it cleaned as long as it did not exceed $150.00 (curious because upon move out we were charged $450.00 for cleaning) and it is difficult to have a 4200 sq/ft home cleaned within that budget, we paid to have it cleaned ourselves.
