I’ve had an outstanding experience at Old Dominion Orthodontics . Dr. Katyal is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming. I had a very frustrating experience with my daughter’s orthodontic treatment at this office. They accepted my insurance even though they are not in-network, and I was asked to make a full payment upfront. Later, they claimed they hadn’t received the full payment from the insurance company, even though my insurance confirmed they paid everything they were supposed to.
