I do not ship LTL freight frequently. Diane in Ringgold was super helpful in walking me through the paperwork and scheduling pick up. The driver, Mike, call ahead and was so nice even though there was quite a bit of labor involved in loading. It was a great experience!
Great customer service and super quick to get my package loaded up
I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. FedEx has been skipping my house and not even going by it. Yet we see them in the neighborhood. This is horrible service
