When I called for a flooring quote the lady who answered had a dismissive attitude. They refused to provide a quote accommodating my work schedule, unfortunately I work full time. They offered no apology, no flexibility, no courtesy. I have a large hard wood flooring job and they act like they would be doing me a favor. Not a service oriented company and I recommend taking your business where it’s appreciated.

Even after the horrific damage and loss of life from the tornado, Dominion has honored it's time contract with us for fixing a floor They arrived on time, did a fabulous job and continue to provide excellent customer service under the most unfortunate of events.

We had them install a hardwood flooring plank in our bridal shop. Planning was easy, the price was very affordable and their crew moved quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I'd highly recommend them for home or commercial work. Special thanks to Matt!
I used Old Dominion Floor Co. to finish some 55 year old oak hardwood flooring to their natural color. They did a beautiful job! The floors are gorgeous! This is my second experience with ODF. The first resulted in the transformation of beat-up oak into gorgeous stained flooring. Both experiences have been wonderful, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone.
