First, they don't identify which office you have reached on the answering machine. They scheduled my husband in Tappahannock for a day they weren't even there. Today, when he finally went for his rescheduled appointment, they told him he hadn't met his Medicare deductible, which is impossible because he has a United Healthcare supplement "F", (grandfathered in when they stopped selling that plan) which covers his deductible.
