I've dealt with a couple auto body shops through the years. They did good work. However, Old Dominion stands with itself in every category. The best word to describe the service, customer care and attention to detail. Is nothing less than Exceptional! They went the extra ten miles to make sure my car was perfect. The work is beautiful. Great customer service and craftsmanship. They helped coordinate a rental car and then a loaner vehicle for me while my repairs were underway. After being rear-ended by an uninsured driver, I was feeling really aggravated about the process, but Old Dominion really helped me out and returned my car to me in ship-shape condition.

I was driving my girlfriend's car when I was rear-ended. I was concerned about navigating the insurance process but Old Dominion took care of everything. They worked with the insurance company, they coordinated with the rental car company, they did pick up and drop offs. They made a nightmare, a dream come true!
