We have had a great experience from working with the sales team (Alan) to the installation team lead by Hung. Hung kept me updated on the arrival, schedule and overall installation. In my case we had to make some adjustments to the cabinets and he took care of the entire process. Great experience
Brenton was great to work with - he was knowledgeable and always willing to answer our questions. Our project stayed on schedule and on budget. We’d definitely use Old Dominion again!
We had Old Dominion Cabinets( Brenton salesman) order and install our cabinets in the pantry and we absolutely love the cabinets and the quality is superb. They were on time with delivery and no mistakes. The installer showed up a couple days after delivery and was great as well no issues installing. Thank again Brenton for a outstanding job done and a wonderfully experience
This place is awful. The cabinets they sell are quite nice, and seem excellent quality - but see if you can purchase them elsewhere! The sales person seemed quite enthusiastic at the initial meeting, but after that she would not respond to calls, e-mails or any other messages. They screwed up the countertop order (we ended up purchasing the countertop from somewhere else) and didn't even care that it delayed us getting back the use of our kitchen.
