After living here several years it is a nightmare of extremely toxic atmosphere and actual thug like bullying and harassments from some of the longtime co-op tenant volunteer officials and others, believe it or not but not all of them. Seriously. It's unbelievably TOXIC and HOSTILE if you simply choose to not be an active co-op volunteer/participant and only pay your rent and mind your business. Criminal in scope actually.
