Bought a smoker from Academy. It had a part that they had misplaced. Old Country shipped me the part at no cost and got it to me quickly. Not only that, but they monitored the shipping and notified me that it was about it be dropped off. Definitely buying from them again.
I’ve had the Rio Grande pit for 9 years now. It’s a high quality pit that’s put together well. Stays outside in the weather year round and still is holding up well. Only issues with corrosion I’ve had was the ash grate. Customer service was able to assist with a replacement. Awesome pit. Awesome company.
I ordered replacement grates for my bfs old grill. He thought he would have to fabricate them himself .He didn't. I contacted them and they did such a good job and sent a great product that I have been enjoying food on since. Thank you :)
