I've been going to Old Colony for five years. It is the BEST gym in RI! The coaching, the programming, the facilities, and the community are unmatched. I highly recommend. This is the gym for anyone, at any ability level.
If you're new to CrossFit, this is a great gym to try. The atmosphere is welcoming and you see people from all walks of life. The coaches there are super helpful and good at guiding you to the right level of challenge.
