Arnulfo “Arnie” Gonzales was accounts manager of Kennedy Acounting for 20 years that managed 3 townhomes in two different HOA’s. One in Santa Barbara and the other with two townhomes in Montecito. About 5-6 years ago apparently he acquired Old Coast Property Management Company. If one could give both property management companies a - star rating that would probably be the most accurate.
