We stopped on our way north to a mountain vacation. Our first and last visit. The Brunswick stew was weirdly thick and starchy with very little of anything in the stew. It actually made our stomachs upset. Their BBQ sauce was thin and watery. The staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed that we dared to ask too many menu questions. We sat outside with other guests that were as equally disappointed. It was very unpleasant over all. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money.
Been stopping here and in Milledgeville for years, good food, good people and a good price.
