Not the taproom experience I was expecting. Not sure if they got a bad batch or issues with their system but we got a tower of the worst modelo beer I ever had. Now of course all businesses have their issues every now and then but how you react to those issues is everything. The way management reacted to this issue was beyond poorly. This place is insane. 30 minutes and i still couldn’t order then they acted like me leaving was the problem. I had to get up and find the server to leave because we ordered drinks. She said sorry she was in the back cooking. So I went to the front and asked for a manager and he told me sorry he was cooking when I asked him why he wasn’t helping his staff out. Love coming here to watch sports but the televisions are awful (and the air conditioning is broken). Some don’t work, all but one are dim (see photos)….come on Old Chicago…new TVs are $250 at Walmart or Target.
