I sent this feedback using the Contact Us option on Old Chicago's website almost a week ago and have heard nothing back. Upon arriving, we were seated at a table but were not acknowledged for ten minutes. Eventually, we moved to the bar when seats became available, hoping for better service. However, even there, the service was slow, and we were only able to place one happy hour drink order due to the delays. Spicy chicken sandwich and tots, 3-Fer with Cheese & Pepperoni pizza, and Chicken Apple Walnut salad... priced right and was 100% satisfied. Nice pub style atmosphere and our Server at 5:00PM Check #98 (Name not on my reciept - ughh) was amazing!! We'll be back!
Went here a few days ago. Was my first time at this restaurant along with my fiance. Ordered drinks and my fiance asked for strawberry basil lemonade without tito. The server just made a strawberry lemonade. We had to specifically ask for the basil to which we witnessed said server without washing hands shred basil with hands.
