We ordered Chicago 7, veggie 7 and chicken wings. The food was horrible, the pizza was big slab of bread and not cooked properly. The chicken wings should have been in sauce but they have dry rub on it. It was pure junk. I don’t know if the franchise owner changed or what. But our last two take out were horrible. Money for nothing. Avoid this place.
Great for large gatherings
This place has good food but horrible customer service from host (if they even have one) and servers. Consider going to other restaurants if you like to be treated good.
Me and my family have been coming to this restaurant for about 3 years, and there’s something that haven’t change is their horrible customer service. Apparently they don’t have host or they are never paying attention. Many times we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to notice us. Even other staff acknowledged that we are waiting and they just don’t care until you are in their tables for them to make money. Seriously considering to not comeback to this location.
On 8/29/25 we have excellent food and service at the OC in tanasbourne.
