I cannot say one bad thing about this place, service or food. If every restaurant would take the time to make their guest experience a personal connection they would build their customer base. No matter what day or time they make us feel special
We always have a great time, great good, great service!
Our food was burnt, took over 30 mins just to get a hamburger, and a calzone. The restaurant was not busy at all. Our waiter disappeared for what seemed like an hour. We waited 20 mins to just get our check. The food was horrible the restaurant was unclean, bugs crawling on the floor, and cob webs all in the bathroom. My family will not be back.
Love this place. All kinds of beer on tap. Happy hour all day on Thursday.
Used to love eating here but the last few times has been a joke. Tonight an hour and a half later we finally get to leave. Three tables seated after us has already paid and left. The orders were not correct and the glasses were left empty. Epic fail Old Chicago...epic fail.
Emily took excellent care of us today in the family smoking section. (Bar)�
